IF your on the FBI's terrorist watch list, should you be free to own an AK?

So you believe that the Constitution requires that we allow the worst of the worst American criminals access to AK-47's?

Silly argument. The worst of the worst should be put away. You have such weak arguments.

Are you afraid of muslime terrorists shooting you?

they want gun rights but not religious rights?

are you beginning to see just how fucking crazy he right in this country is

how in the fuck is it OK the breach religious rights like tRump wants but we cant keep guns from suspects?

Not much. You will note how many lunatics bought guns legally because their mental health professionals wouldn't report them. Just deport them and actually solve the problem.

Are you suggesting that American citizens be deported when they are found to be insane? Where would you send them to?

strawman. we've had this inane discussion before and you act like a stubborn two year old, unable to accept the 5th Amendment.

I am using your words, not mine. You are being the petulant child who insists that rights are absolute when you know that they are not.

it's like he never really read the bill of rights but assumes that the 5th Amendment reduces all rights to be reasonably regulated.

I understand that, and agree with it. But it is clear then that those rights are not ABSOLUTE. Do you know what ABSOLUTE means?

Its not just a type of vodka you cant afford.

The preamble to the 2nd does that, its a declaratory statement of purpose which has intent and meaning, it effects the meaning of the second portion of the Amendment.
