Trumps ban also includes US citizens that traveled abroad and wish to return to the US. Imagine that, a small business owner in the US goes to the Bahamas on vacation with his family, wishes to return to his homeland, and is prevented and trapped in the Bahamas more or less permanently while his business falls apart.
