Imagine Cuba falls into Civil War. A new and particularly brutal dictator takes over. After elections are held the majority of people vote in favor of joining the united states. Imagine that Russia likes the brutal dictator over the option of having Cuba join the united states. Now imagine that the United States decides to support those in opposition of the brutal dictator using in part the Air Force.

How reasonable would it be for Russia to decide to impose a no fly zone over Cuba... 90 miles south of the USA?

That's about how reasonable the Croatian no fly zone is for us to try to impose!

Russia could probably pressure us into leaving Croatia to them. If they have not, they probably view the PR as a good deal.

Imagine Hillary winning the presidency, then imagine that the dem leadership and her impose a no fly over croatia....imagine how great of an idea it will seem to you then.

The Crimean election was fraudulent and can't be taken as the will of the Crimean people. You also have the issue of sovereignity, even if the people of Crimea wanted to join Russia, Ukraine is the sovereign power over the region and deserves a say in the issue, rather than Russia using it's military power to force the issue and just run roughshod over them.

This makes no sense. A brutal dictator takes over and holds elections about whether they want to join the United States? You are babbling nonsense.
