if alcohol is legal, why shouldn't marijuana be?

studies show that marijuana is less harmful than alcohol. there are few, if any relative statistics apply, that show marijuana causes more accidents than drinking while driving.

1. Right wing authoritarians (think Taft, Truth Detector, Granule, Damn Yankee)
2. Stockholders of privately owned "for profit" prisons
3. Big Pharma
4. Police unions
5. Prison guard unions
 
I say legalize all drugs but why not pot ? it involves smoking, not good for your lungs or those of others around you. cant screw up someone else's liver with booze.

Less and less people smoking it. Even diehards like me are switching to vaporizers. Easier on the lungs, far better economy on the product too.
Even more efficient is eating it or drinking it. (not that I don't like to puff a fatty now and then).

think 300 degree vapor is what lungs were meant to handle ? but at least thats less likely to harm other.

Wrong as usual. FedCo shouldn't regulate it at all, and the legality of it's use should be a matter for the individual States.

This, by the way, is exactly my position on most issue, and you may use gay marriage as an example.

you don't have to smoke weed. you can also cook with it and put it into edibles, or you can vaporize it.

why do you want to expose yourself like the retard you are? you aren't fucking breathing in 300 degrees when you inhale the vapor, stupid. it loses heat nearly immediately. I notice ZERO temperature when I vape. god you're dumb.

Or, you can go ultra high end, and only take one toke at a sitting.

Works for me...but I'm down to only smoking at night, after work is done.
