Do I Have The Right To Leave This Country For Good?

There are those people, but I don't think they are truly willing to leave this country, it's all talk

Is that the M.O. behind this thread, can people 'leave' the U.S. while staying on the real estate and start their own country?

So you're saying they don't have the constitutional right of self determination if they want to exercise that constitutional right.

You'll tell them so?

What if you're wrong? What's your next move?

So you're saying I CAN'T leave then.

You're saying I do not have the right to constitutional freedom of association which also means I also don't have the right to constitutional freedom of disassociation either.

Is that correct?
You can leave and take as many people with you as you wish.

You can not stay on US soil and form your own country. You can not take up arms and rebel.

I'm not the one asking about leaving, Silly Wabbit.

What's wrong with football shirts?

The Jersey Shores gave America government families.

Could I leave for that reason if I chose to money bags? Or are you going to look at the bottom line and declare I can't leave?

what did I say that led you to believe that you couldn't leave. No one is stopping you from leaving the US... just go.

There are limits to freedom, that is the way civilization works, sorry

philly rabbit, if I may ask, what is the point you are arguing for? You obviously posted this question for a reason. Did a particular incident occur that you have in mind?

You can not stay on US soil and firm your own country. You can not take up arms and rebel.

You mean you're going to take up arms if we - WE decide to determine our own destinies and not you.

Why don't Americans have the constitutional right to disassociate themselves from you if they so determine that you do not subscribe to the constitution?

No sir but when you say the country, you do realize that the country expanded by stealing it from other peoples. And when the country was formed and became a nation, it did decide to disassociate itself from another nation in order to do it.

For whatever reason I wish, whenever I decide to?

Or will you give me conditions under which I have to abide to first?
Where ever you seek to go to will have conditions. These vary widely but if its a one way only situation you will need to be seen as an asset or refugee. Since you cant just go anywhere without a passport from here and a visa to there then the answer is no.

Oh, you want to secede from the union again? Have fun starting your own economy. What will you call your currency?

You're lying to me aren't you? And in the same sentence you contradicted yourself.

Do I have the freedom to leave unrestricted according to the constitution and if I do, why should the reason I'm leaving have anything to do with it?

I said "you." I did not say "all y'all redneck traitors."
