Delta Airlines needs to remedy this.

I am not judging whether or not it was an actual call for changes or a quick coverup. I am trying to make sure that Delta knows that people will not stand for such behavior.

I am curious, why do you not want me to keep this in the light and push for better treatment of disabled veterans? From the testimony and the apology, the attendants did not treat the young man well at all. Why is that ok?

How am I not wanting you to push for better treatment of disabled veterans based on what I have posted here?

I'm trying to discern your agenda through what amounts to a pointless campaign.

My mistake, I didn't look at the dates closely; but no, I am not saying the story should be forgotten, but that it should be up understood in context of the industry as a whole and the difficulties trying to accommodate dimwitted regulations trying to accommodate everyone in a society.

What I am trying to discern is the real agenda behind this facade of caring more than anyone else.

I am not saying I care more than anyone else. I am saying I care and that I will take a few minutes to send an email or start a dialogue so that changes can be made to prevent a future occurrence.

All the flack thrown my way for trying to do something right is rather amazing. Apparently, we should just sit quietly and accept whatever comes our way, or whatever comes to our disabled veterans.

Look back over this thread and tell me honestly that you do not believe I was attacked for trying to do something right. Truth Detector, if you can honestly reread this thread and say that, I will ask the mods to remove it.

What changes? How do you know they weren't already made?

In light of the fact that Delta apologized last year, it would seem the attendants' actions were not Delta policy when the incident ocurred, wouldn't it?

What outcome will satisfy the indefatigable internet crusader WB, relentless campaigner for the rights of disabled veterans?

Perhaps Delta should not advertise that they are handicapped friendly?

That it never happen again.

That it never happen again.

Are you going to insure that with your one-man awareness crusade?
