A&E suspended Phil Robertson

This is what happens when leftists demand "equal rights" for queers. It has nothing to do with equal rights. It's all about silencing any opposition.

The spend an inordinate amount of time trying to make their immorality appear normal. It is not. My heart breaks for their parents who must undoubtedly go to their graves wondering where they went wrong when their children choose to be queer. Sad really
 
Here's the thing...they (the Robertsons) claim to be followers of the Bible and are members of a fundamentalist religion. What did A&E expect he would say?
 
He issued an eloquent statement in response as well. No backing off his original statement but did talk about respect. I liked it.

It's very funny how people ask questions they already know the answer to and then fake being shocked when they hear the answer.

Agreed. I think I've seen maybe half of one episode of the show so it's not something I've watched but I have read about them. I'm surprised he was suspended. I can see A&E saying those views are his own and not of the station but suspending him?
