Just to be clear, you are relying on the girl that perjured herself, the one who was a circus on the stand? How does a first hit sound through a cell phone as compared to a second hit?

the jury instructions were NOT clear if they discussed stand your ground huh
I am not sure what you are saying. But, again, did you read the entire jury instructions or are you using a talking point you found somewhere?

If your Jury is discussing elelments that DO NOT HAVE TO DO WITH THE CASE then they were not properly instructed huh

I don't recall her being charged with purgury

I didn't say she was charged, I said she committed perjury. She lied several times in sworn statements, one was she did not attend the funeral because she was in the hospital, but there were no records of that, and then she recanted her story. If you want to take a technical route, then you entire argument is moot because Zimmerman was acquitted, and using your methodology, Zimmeran's acquittal cannot be questioned. Pick a side, and I will work with that.

The simplest way to explain you are on the wrong track without getting into the details, is the prosecution did not raise a complaint or file for a mistrial.

so you think justice was done that day in fl?

Keep in mind I am not defending Zimmerman, I am working with rules of procedure, rules of evidence, and the rule of law. What I think, believe, or speculate has nothing to do with that. The jury is not asked to speculate, but use the facts in the record.

Based on our system of justice, the jury made the correct decision because there was no evidence that disproved Zimmerman's version of what happened. The eye witnesses and forensic evidence supported his story. If he had been convicted, what do you think was the evidence to send him to prison? Your view is projection of what may or may not have happened, and that may work to some extent in a civil proceeding with the reliance on the preponderance of evidence--which would still work in Zimmerman's favor even though the bar is lower--but not in a criminal procedure.
