The battle in the Republican party is playing out and moving toward an uneasy conclusion. It appears the radicals are going to lose and be harnessed for a while. I don't know if they will be vanquished on just pushed into a back seat.
What this means for 14' and possibly 16' is very interesting.
We have a better than ever chance of the Democrats taking the House in 14', if that happens the big winner is President Obama who will be able to leave a more lasting legacy in his last two years. Can anyone say Supreme Court?
The big winners for 16 are Chris Christie, and Jeb Bush. Those two, seen as the more moderate will start with a bump because bipartisanship will be the mantel to claim to get support from the middle. The other big winner will be Charlie Crist, who will be the Democratic Gov. of Florida by then and will be in an excellent place to get the VP spot with Hillary. Charlie having been a Republican who was drummed out for giving a hug to President Obama is the obvious poster boy for bipartisanship.
This harms Former Secretary Clinton who would rather run against Paul or Cruz.
