I wonder why the OP has offered no explanation of how Obamas' "mastery of foreign policy" resulted in lower gas prices...

Obama had nothing to do with the price of gas. He wasn't responsible when it went up and he's not when it goes down.

What we do know, however, is that leftist dimwits and the media ostracized Bush when oil prices spiked at a lower point than they are now. Why you even mentioned it in your first moronic post on this thread as if it were fact.
