Most men can lift heavy stuff.... no wait...most PEOPLE can lift heavy stuff. Women arrive home with kilo upon kilo of shopping. But it doesn't last long, one either ages or realises that ones body can be put to better uses.
I can lift a bottle of beer and the TV remote....what else is important?

It depends on the magnitude of the result and the margin of error. You can get statistically significant results from a sample size of hundreds.
