on a very rare occasion the courts will get something right. usually, they just decide on less constitution. and 'it's' refers to laws that restrict freedom whose actions cause no harm to anyone.
I see. So we get to pick and choose what parts of the law we like and dislike. Sounds like fun. I mean, there are all sorts of limitations and regulations of rights that would fit your defintiion of "prior restraint" that the Court have upheld.
