How To Buy A Gun Anonymously

on a very rare occasion the courts will get something right. usually, they just decide on less constitution. and 'it's' refers to laws that restrict freedom whose actions cause no harm to anyone.

I see. So we get to pick and choose what parts of the law we like and dislike. Sounds like fun. I mean, there are all sorts of limitations and regulations of rights that would fit your defintiion of "prior restraint" that the Court have upheld.

I belive I have a right to FREEDOM, that is do anything I choose, until that right unreasonable infringes upon someone elses more compelling right.

Thats the basis of freedom.

I have a right to sell guns free of any restrictions, until that right unreasonable infringes on the rights of innocent children to be free from fear of being shot in the head.

once they have served their imposed time of sentence, ALL their rights should be restored. If a convicted/released felon cannot be trusted in public with a weapon, they can't be trusted in public.

But you said the right to keep and bear arms was absolute! What changed that with felons?

Oh. A law. I guess it's constitutional to restrict one's "right" to keep and bear arms, huh?

yes, we actually DO get to pick and choose the laws we like and/or dislike. The government can get all bent out of shape because we're not doing what they want us to, but we have jury nullification to tell them to fuck off and die. if that doesn't work, we have guns.

does your knowledge of the bill of rights stop at the first? I wonder, because you apparently are not familiar with the 4th or the 5th. maybe you should read them and get back to me.

obviously then you only have the "right" to pick and choose if the jury agrees with you, which sort of proves it isn't a right, but a permission.......unless you're referring to your right to get shot in the head while resisting arrest for violating the law you didn't like.....

you have the right to resist unlawful arrest. the gov and the courts obviously do not like our ability to thwart their will, so they try to deny us that right by unleashing unlimited force upon us from their enforcers and then providing them immunity for any abuses. why do you tolerate it?

Bats.

This is the weakest argument ever. The fact that you can use it to argue against pretty much any criminal law ever should tell you something.

Murders won't abide murder laws so no sense making murder illegal!

B.S Gun control isn't going to get criminals to register their weapons period it only affect law abiding citizens and puts undue burden on them, and just because something is written in the bill about registry's doesn't mean squat to O and the Gang
