I know too many like this...

Okay Jarod. Tell it to Phoebe Prince.

Exactly, that should never have happened. The Girl should not have been stigmatized and if sex were not treated like such a shamefull thing... she would not have been stigmatized. If it was not kept so hidden, other girls would have supported her. If I had been in HS with her, and heard rumors about a girl, Id have said... Good for her, she is learning to enjoy herself. Id have put my arm around her and walked down the halls of the HS with her. She should have been proud of who she was, not ashamed of it. Im sure more than half the girls in her school were doing what ever it was she was "Accused" of doing, and had it not been kept such a secret, that girl would likely be alive today.

Until we reach this sexual utopia, I would advise guys to stfu. And for me personally, I am a private person and find discretion to an attractive quality in a man.

We will never come any closer to a sexual utopia until people learn not to be ashamed of healty responsable sexuality.

Being private does not equal feeling shame. Those are two very different things. Trust me I am in no need of sexual lectures from you. I am an adult woman who likes to keep her sexual life private. First of all, I find it much sexier that way. But whatever the reasons, there really not anyone else's concern.

Now, as for young girls, IMO, you really are in no position to be lecturing about this Jarod. Shaming girls, and even women, for sexual behavior is quite common. Demanding that young girls come out and talk about their sex acts to end that culture is ludicrous.

Lastly let me point out that the original event I posted about occurred decades ago, and of course there is no question the girl's school reputation would have been damaged. Not by me since I never repeated her name, nor even believed the story. But by others.

Jarod I also find your attitude somewhat amusing. It's as if you are coming out of the closet as sexually liberated. Whoo hoo look at me! I'm sexually liberated! I think girls that fuck are awesome!

What do you want, a parade? Most men think that girls who fuck are awesome. Most men are sexually liberated. Most men are open about their sexual experiences.

They can afford to be.

Sorry but you don't get a cookie for any of this.

I look forward to the day when most women feel they can be sexually liberated. I encourage women to stand up and claim their sexuality and be proud of it.

We appreciate your support.

From the little I know about High School these days, we are moving toward that sexual utopia. Maybe slowly, but moving that way. Many more girls are open about who they are and not embarrassed about it.

One only need read this board on a daily basis as we all try to show we are smarter, more informed, have better political beliefs etc. than everyone else.

This bullshit argument does nothing but rationalize the entitlement mentality. If you have ever worked a day in your life then you paid taxes that fund welfare, Medicaid, unemployment insurance and student loans. Many that have not can rationlize that they will. Many conservatives rationalize farm subsidies and subsidies to businesses too. They only attack certain government programs that they portray as benefitting a certain demographic. They are hypocrites and we don't need anecdotal stories, we have examples of them on the board.

1) It is not a bullshit argument... I was asking to see how much bullshit was in their made up stories. He made up the fact that the 'person' (who is not a 'friend' yet shared their SS payment history with him) only worked a 'few years' and yet gets SS.

2) To receive SS you (or your spouse) must have worked at least 10 years (40 credits)

3) There is a difference to paying into a system and receiving the benefits of doing so and receiving benefits that you have not paid into.

4) Student loans are not an entitlement... you must pay back the loans (with very few exceptions)

5) Next time, try understanding what my point is before you attack me with your bullshit ranting.

Well, I definitely smell better than the rest of you. I just have this feeling.

I'm not going to argue with you on that one. Us hippie leaning folk in the Bay Area tend to find showers and general cleaning to be overrated.

To call her inconsistent is an understatement....

The women has problems in many ways and her parents are enablers....there is no logic in the world that would make her a Conservative....but she is free
to call herself a member of any political party she wants.....she can call herself a donkey if she wants.

Calling yourself a Democrat or Republican is purely up to your whim.....just as calling yourself a Democrat doesn't make you a liberal, calling yourself a
Republican doesn't make you a conservative or calling yourself an a rocket scientist doesn't make you one.

So don't give us the bullshit that this gal even resembles a Conservative or Republican in the true sense of what the label implies to the general public....

As I have posted many times, one of the things I see wrong with the GOP is that the social conservatives have taken over. They are not (repeat - NOT) conservatives by any definition I am willing to accept.

The basic tenets of conservatism are less gov't intrusion, less gov't interference, lower and more fair taxation, individual freedoms, and following the US Constitution.

When was the last time either party had a candidate that fit that?
