Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion.....and Congress has made no law making anyone pray to the Christian God....thus, no violation......now obviously, if Congress, or any state or local government DID make a law either requiring or preventing someone from praying to the Christian God, would that not be a law respecting the establishment of religion?......
If the teacher does as patriot66 advocates, stands in front of class and announces that he's going to pray to God and anyone who would like to join in is free to do so, that could be interpreted as the teacher attempting to coerce students into praying.
Again...anyone in any school in any District in any city in any state in this great nation of ours can ALREADY pray anytime they wish.
