Christianity under fire!

But we will not go gently into that good night, we will shine our light brighter than ever because darkness fears the light.

.

How sad that you find it necessary to mis quote Dylan Thomas.

Do not go gentle into that good night,
Old age should burn and rave at close of day;
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

Though wise men at their end know dark is right,
Because their words had forked no lightning they
Do not go gentle into that good night.

Good men, the last wave by, crying how bright
Their frail deeds might have danced in a green bay,
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

Wild men who caught and sang the sun in flight,
And learn, too late, they grieved it on its way,
Do not go gentle into that good night.

Grave men, near death, who see with blinding sight
Blind eyes could blaze like meteors and be gay,
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

And you, my father, there on the sad height,
Curse, bless, me now with your fierce tears, I pray.
Do not go gentle into that good night.
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

No school, high, low or medium should EVER have anything called a bible study group. Why does a secular society like America even tolerate such nonsense? Certainly have a Religion Study group or a Religion and Philosphy Study group, but a bible study group? ... IN SCHOOL???? For chrissakes what is the matter with your country? Why don't you have a Snow White and the seven Dwarves study group or a Bugs Bunny study group?

What about them ?
They are quite irrelevant to the statement, "There are no religious requirements in the Constitution about for running for president...."

Yet no presidential candidate would DARE to tell the truth about his lack of belief in nonsense. Seems to me that not only is religious belief a pre-requisite but that that belief should be some sort of christianity!
Bloody mad, the lot of you.

When about 80% of the population is Christian or claims to be, they better not claim to be too radical about their non-belief.....but as you've seen in out latest
couple of elections, you can't underestimate the stupidity of the American public....its thriving.....

What part of "not allowed to have objects that promote a specific religion in the classroom" is so hard for so many Christians to understand?
I'd say it's probably because 20 years from now, someone like you could be saying something like "What part of 'not allowed to have objects, opinions, or anything else that promotes a specific religion anywhere' is so hard for so many Christians to understand?

It's becoming a matter of survival, at this point, as it seems this country becomes less and less Christian with each passing year.

It is christianity that is radical, not normality. To take an evolved species with the wherewithall for survival and procreation and impose upon it a belief in the impossible is, in 2013, totally ridiculous.
(Of course it does depend somewhat on what you mean by 'radical'. I take it to mean 'going beyond the norm' or 'introducing fundemental change'.)

Seems the universities thought the baths and prayer rooms were good for business! Muslim enrollment in universities are increasing.

interesting......the liberal mindset is willing to accept discrimination if it proves itself to be successful capitalism.....what a delicious contradiction of stereotypical memes.......

likely because we have the protection of religious freedom under our constitution......wonderful thing isn't it......

Not if it restrict societal growth and threatens mans existence. I think it's about time you took that precious constitution of yours and used the pages for rolling cannabis.

Because it's a public school. Let the kids pray all they want, just don't organize it and don't let the teacher lead it. And, homosexuality is a genetic thing, religion isn't.

Is it appropriate with the school dress code?

She didn't. She was telling the child what she'd see at the planetarium. Case was dismissed.

You missed the big word, there. "Accomodation". Just like Christian teachers are given time off for a multitude of religious endeavors. Would you object to a Christian teacher asking for three weeks off at Christmas? In this case the school district clearly violated the woman's rights.

The footbaths are nothing more than that and use is not restricted to any group.

Really, Bravo, you need to quit getting your news from The Blaze...

Ah the I was born that way argument I didn't choose, ever see a retarded gay person, it would stand to reason someone somewhere who was retarded would be a homosexual
