Hard times in Republican Georgia? I found this republican testimony from a board member interesting. He said:
Blue States are typically much better places to live than Red States. Even CA with all of its problems is an infinitely better place to live than Alabama or Mississippi.
At the federal level, I lean right, but I'm a liberal on State issues. I don't think I'd ever want to live in a Red State.
Therefore, who is to blame for this? The State or federal government?
