The numbers are still rolling in, companies large, medium and small, reporting lay-offs and reductions in workforce, following the results of Tuesday's election. Elections do have consequences, and it appears this election will be no different. The consequences seem to be massive lay-offs and downsizing, at a time when 15% of the workforce is either unemployed or under-employed. The situation is going to become gravely worse in the next few months, as inflation begins to tick up and UE benefits run out. Does the president have any kind of plan for this? Are Democrats working feverishly on what should be done? Or, are we just going to sit back and watch things get worse and keep blaming Republicans?

But okay guys... we're going to trip on mushrooms or something, and pretend none of this is actually happening, fine by me! I just thought you might want to explain how Obama is going to turn us around with all the jobs vanishing... but I guess not, huh?
