Anyone know if any channels will be showing a repeat of the debate tomorrow night? Sports always comes first for me and tomorrow night is Game 5 of the A's-Tigers series. I would like to watch the debate after that if I can (my freaking TIVO isn't working). Thanks. And Let's Go Oakland!

bro it should be on every major news channel. msnbc, cnn, foxnews all will repeat that thing into the night multiple times.

I hear ya. What's wrong with these people, scheduling a debate on a night the Steelers are playing?

It will be fun to watch, the cockey young superstar vs. the absentminded old statesman.

Is this thread about football or the debate ?

I agree with Jughead, it should be interesting,.. with the moderator having Obama at her wedding, her having been an NPR empoyee, and her now husband, Chairman Julius Genachowski, appointed to the Federal Communications Commission .... I'll be watching for a little left leaning moderating....but I hope that don't occur.

LOlers. Ryan should be able to hold his own against Biden. No need to work the refs so damn hard.

I hope so, but can't discount the fact that the Steelers could blow it in the end. Pulling defeat from the jaws of victory.

I would be shocked if they did. Prior to Mendenhall's return, maybe... but not with him back in the line up. That offense has too many weapons. Antonio Brown and Mike Wallace are a pretty lethal combo when teams have to worry about Mendenhall.

This one will be entertaining to say the least. This is the arena Biden excels in. I agree that it is likely Ryan will hold his own... as long as he doesn't get shell shocked. I guarantee Biden comes out lobbing grenades. No way in hell they let him be passive.

Not to mention Chris Johnson is the poster child for not giving running backs big long-term contracts. My dumb *ss took him in fantasy football and I have been rightfully mocked by friends in the league for doing so.

Tennessee is just really bad right now.

lol... I know a lot of people in the same boat. My brother was convinced CJ was going to go nuts this year, I had to talk him out of drafting him. I told him to take Jamaal Charles instead. I then had him pick up Ridley in the fifth round. Unfortunately this led to him kicking my ass the week I played his team. Something not quite right about that.

Correction. Her divorced husband. Secondly, now that this is out, she will be mindful of her Ps and Qs so even if she wanted to try to tilt things for Plugs she will be called out on it. It should be interesting. My guess is Plugs is going to try to keep things on foreign policy thinking Ryan is weak there and Ryan is going to try to keep things on domestic policy. Given the Libya fiasco and the regimes lies, I will be interested to see how Plugs handles it.

Of course I will be watching my beloved Pittsburgh Steelers

LOL. Attempting to lower expectations... "absent-minded"...

I suspect Joe will be ready to go. He'll say something awesome about Paul and then say, "But he isn't ready yet..." and try to get Paul's goat and make him look defensive. I also suspect that Paul Ryan will be ready for that and it will be a fine debate tonight.

No, Im not trying to lower expectations. I called Ryan Cockey, I do not mean that as a complament. I belvie Biden comes across as absentminded. I also belive he is a Statesman.

Just make sure you set your "Biden Gaff Meter" to it's upper limits, so it doesn't blow a fuse trying to keep track of what he says. :D

Biden did very well against Palin, I suspect we will see a simular dynamic. Except that people dont already consider Ryan dumb.
