Yes, we agree, the 20-week pre-viability allows someone to have that choice. But the point is that the option to abort is DERIVED from the viability of the fetus. When the fetus is viabile, the choice goes away (except in limited circumstances)

And thus, it's viability, not choice, that is the relevant factor.

Abortion is a choice up to and including the day of natural delivery....it has nothing to do with viability....the growing child does not magically become human with
viability.....its just another point on the timeline to old age and death....

No, those candidates aren’t running but there are candidates running who want to outlaw abortion after it has been legal for almost 40 years. And I'm sure I wouldn't have to interview too many candidates to find one who objects to contraceptive ADS running during family hour. God forbid if parents and teens discussed pregnancy and contraception. It's best to leave that topic in the closet until someone's daughter gets pregnant and then discuss it. Or never discuss it and have young girls at Proms delivering babies in toilets. Or others throwing them in dumpsters. That's a much more acceptable approach. We can watch people being blown apart on the dinner time news but we mustn't offend anyone with a condom AD and people wonder why there are a million abortions a year. Society is nucking futs!

Arizona legislators have advanced an unprecedented bill that would require women who wish to have their contraception covered by their health insurance plans to prove to their employers that they are taking it to treat medical conditions. The bill also makes it easier for Arizona employers to fire a woman for using birth control to prevent pregnancy despite the employer's moral objection.
Under current law, health plans in Arizona that cover other prescription medications must also cover contraception. House Bill 2625, which the state House of Representatives passed earlier this month and the Senate Judiciary Committee endorsed on Monday, repeals that law and allows any employer to refuse to cover contraception that will be used "for contraceptive, abortifacient, abortion or sterilization purposes." If a woman wants the cost of her contraception covered, she has to "submit a claim" to her employer providing evidence of a medical condition, such as endometriosis or polycystic ovarian syndrome, that can be treated with birth control.
Moreover, according to the American Civil Liberties Union, the law would give Arizona employers the green light to fire a woman upon finding out that she took birth control for the purpose of preventing pregnancy.
