No weapon was mentioned. He said he had his hand in his waisteband.

If you had read the transcript of the 911 call, he did so to see where Martin had ran to; so he could give the information to the Police dispatcher.

forth, why did zim not stand down when the dispatcher said 'we do not need you to do that'

Show anything that supports your belief that Zimmerman didn't "stand down", when the dispatcher said "We don't need you to do that".

I also wanted to add that I'm so glad you're keeping with your decision to not pre-judge Zimmerman and are going to wait until the trial decided what happened.

There's also talk that Zimmerman might sue Martin's parent's, seeing as how they are responsible for the actions of their minor children.
To bad they didn't take their parenting responsiblities seriously.
