Thanks for the kind words. Much like you said, we have our differences, but I can always find an intelligence and voice in your arguments. I appreciate your point of view, even though I bitterly disagree with you on foreign policy, nationalism, and other social issues. You have challenged me to re-think my ideas many times, which I very much enjoy. As for message boards and where to go - I'm not sure what to say. This board is what is left of the old, original politics.com. I stopped using it out of loss of interest and because I actually liked the facebook-esque style of politics.com. There are a lot of excellent minds that post on this board, and there are a number of serious shitheads. I'm ambivalent about returning here and am still looking for another board. I will check in here periodically - so you should be able to find me here. Keep me abreast of the remaining diaspora of politics.com.
Truthfully, I googled you. I may do some posting here, but this puddle's even smaller than Politics was; doesn't feel like home. I'm going to open several accounts at several sites; Hepsy has invited me to join her multi user blog @ Wordpress for example. Whenever you get settled somewhere, let me know. Despite our differences, I probably respected you the most of anyone there and always looked forward to your submissions.
Hey - how did you know about this site? Were you on here before? I haven't been using this site for a long time, but have started looking at it again as Politics.com looks to be defunct as a MF.
