London's Metropolitan Police Service said Saturday that it is looking into information it recently received related to the 1997 deaths of Princess Diana and her boyfriend, Dodi Al Fayed.
"This is not a re-investigation," the service said in a statement. The assessment of the information will be carried out by officers from the Specialist Crime and Operations Command.
