New Mexico Bill Would Criminalize Abortions After Rape As 'Tampering With Evidence'

A Republican lawmaker in New Mexico introduced a bill on Wednesday that would legally require victims of rape to carry their pregnancies to term in order to use the fetus as evidence for a sexual assault trial..... House Bill 206, introduced by state Rep. Cathrynn Brown (R), would charge a rape victim who ended her pregnancy with a third-degree felony for "tampering with evidence."

Perhaps the war on drugs should include a war on tea. Is China doping the tea? Is this a psychotic take-over of the country? Have the tea-baggers been infiltrated?

Someone has to write a book. From Gingrich's toilet brush solution addressing child poverty to the folks at the Repub convention giving a standing ovation to a two-timing two-timer (Gingrich, again) to forcing rape victims to carry the resultant pregnancy......it has to be the Chinese tampering with the tea. What else could it be? :dunno:

In the future, when the right measures are taken, Abortion will be obsolete. WELL REGULATED adoptive parents will be lined up to take a child, and not for tax purposes, and yes allowing gays to adopt easier. Contraceptives and morning after pills will be easy access to anyone who needs them. NOT restricted from youth "who should have known better" Not pushed, but not restricted.

In my perspective, the Right Wing is the only thing standing in front of the ban of Abortion.
