That rifle is the oldest member of my squad. And guess who got stuck with it?

Albeit I still sleep the most.

So are ya a Capt? Hard to see the rank on the pics..and like you showed... combat is mostly hurry up and wait..then a outburst of what the hell am I doing here while dodging incomming shit...then back to the club to get drunk and compare stories...! Stay safe... stay cool... and I am hoping ya will come back okay...so ya can laugh when the grandkids say ...hey Gramps...what did ya do in the war...ya smile and say...gut buzzed...hoo rah!

addendum: hey post your apo address...can't be put aside by 'Desh' packages..maybe some in here will send y'all some much needed supplies...request and I will send ya some cheer...well if it remains legal that is...!

I dont have any really combat related stories, well none interesting anyways, but I'll gladly drink and tell what I've got. Also trying to get more pictures from other guys in my squad.

OK Billiam,

If you do need something dont be affraid to say so.

Ill just send you some stupid letters about vegas and other crap.

Ill try to make it interesting.

Do keep in mind though that me and the my family get a kick out of sending you stuff so dont be shy(I know your not the type of guy who is used to having people you dont really know giving you stuff).

How about at least magazines?

I'm in high demand to be a sister. Fill out an application and we'll contact you. I must say living in Hawaii gives you points.

Hmm, the same thing happened to my good friend, Marty, back in the day.

Have you, by any chance, been time travelling again?

Freaky as shit....it was released in 1990 and has Timothy Hutton in it. It's a psychological Thriller revolving around a Vietnam Vet turn.postal worker who keeps having these vividly horrifying flashbacks...and a huge twist at the end.

Looks to me as if Billy served his country in a combat zone. For that he deserves our thanks and praise.

OMG I just watched that about 3 weeks ago and I'm still thinking about it. It was Tim Robbins, not Hutton. You're right, freaky as shit. I loved it. Loved when the girls on the street sang "Mr. Postman" to him. Maybe I'll buy a copy, saw it on Netflix.
