That is not on my Spider Definitions to be counted as a spider that has been searching every nook and cranny of this site since yesterday morning...

It's a search engine indexing the site so that it will be available for searches...

Oh, did you sign up for it?

No, this one found the site all on its own... Yahoo did as well. Google hasn't, even though I did submit the site for perusal there. They say it can take up to six weeks for them to get their act together at Google.

I don't think I would like all my nooks and crannies searched! LOL

Damo,
so it will search the site for repeated key words and add you to its engine depending on how many hits you have had to those words?

Basically... This is indexing the site and creating Cache pages. It will adjust my score by my Metatags and hits on searches later when the site has been added to their database. I don't know how long after the spider gets here that will happen with this particular site.

I added the spider to my definitions... It now shows at the bottom of the page.

That sounds like Zaphod Beeblebrox after a couple of pan-galactic gargleblasters.

There are two gigablast spiders on now searching every thread...

could any of these spiders be a search engine for NSA or our government?

Nah, gigablast is a new search engine just getting its start...
