from same

nixon:Therfore, we can find common ground, despite our differences, to build a world structure in which both can be safe to develop in our own ways on our own roads. That cannot be said about some other nations in the world.

The current crops of Republicans are apparently nothing like they were in Nixons time.

Course they are. Still got their lips around the dragon's pole.

WHo chopped this thread all to hell? Afraid of the truth getting out you p.o.s?

What are you talking about? The only person who edited the thread is you, so far.

So my first post started with "from same"? same as what?

I dunno. There are only two people that can edit the thread other than you, and neither of us have touched it. Are you sure that you didn't accidentally start a new thread when attempting to reply to another?

Anyway. I'll ask Beefy if he's done anything to your thread. I can assure you I have not. I have very rarely edited anything, so far it was to remove links to advertisements or porn and I make a remark when I do it.

Seriously. I had comments and links to the recently declassified meeting transcripts between Nixon and Zedong. If one of you guys didn't chop them out, then big brother is very real. Beefy doesn't strike me as the censorship type. Neither do you Damo. Though we scrap on some issues, I believe you're mostly a standup individual.

Big brother is very real....As to whether he is guilty of this act or not...

Positive.

The only other option is somebody hacked my Database and only deleted portions of this thread. I can't see that happening with recently declassified material.

Positive.Yeah. Uh huh.

Did I ever tell y'all that I did phone support for end users for a short while? Ever hear the "my computer doesn't have a 'CD ROM' but it does have a nifty cup holder" story? Well, I can, right here and right now, vouch for the fact that it has happened at least once.

I used to work for a company called Convene that made -- and still makes, I believe -- software for distance learning and collaboration. One of our oldest clients, still working on a DOS-based version of the software, was a group of clergy called "Ecunet". I actually -- I swear to all the gods I hold dear -- heard the cup holder gaff on the phone one day.

Let's not even talk about the number of times I talked with someone whose computer was unplugged.

Bottom line is that "positive" is frequently a negative.

STFU, you ignorant asswipe. You don't know wtf you're talking about on this one. So I'd appreciate you just keeping your mouth closed on this issue.

This thread really was chopped all to hell by someone. It didn't start with, "from same".

It got hacked up when I had the database hic-cough and had to run a restore with an old version. Some of it didn't cross, some did. There are a few threads like this one.

Ok, damo. For some odd reason I trust you.

This whole internet anti-internet anonymity thing is perplexing to the extreme.
