how about a federal law that says health insurance companies may not be for profit but must be not for profit

and

cap/limit executive pay and other forms of compensation or base it on how well insured are treated for health insurance companies

no limits on preexisting conditions

no gender biases

no cancellations except for non-payment

I favor a regulation of the healthcare business similiar to the way public utilities used to be regulated. If we cannot have public/socialized medicine.
