Keith Olbermann and the Ring of Assassins!

On last night's episode of Countdown, the always excitable Keith Olbermann led the show with a "bombshell allegation" from investigative reporter Seymour Hersh exposing a "covert executive assassination ring" run out of Dick Cheney's office. Or least that's what I think he said. Hersh made the sensational revelation during a speaking appearance at the University of Minnesota on Wednesday. The segment:

If this is true I say let them provide proof, then prosecute.

if this is true, will you from the radical right admit it? will you admit that Bush/Cheney are criminals after it has been proven?

the burden of proof lies on the accusers. we'll see much evidence there is and how well cheney has covered his tracks.

I think Seymour should stay out of small airplanes.

I can imagine Seymour finding a couple of completely brain-washed Dems (like some we know on this site) that can fabricate a good story and be given immunity to testify to personally doing the dirty deeds and reporting to Cheney or Bush or the Easter Bunny or whoever they want, as the ring leaders .... they could say they had to address Cheney as Darth at the meetings and put their light sabers outside the office, etc....
This could be a bestseller....
