I have not heard anyone campaign on this one for a while:


Arnold Schwarzenegger was always a Democrat. Hell, he could not make the cut as a RINO. I spotted him as a phoney in 2003. His time as California’s governor proved me right. Arnold Schwarzenegger famously campaigned on this gem “I am a fiscal conservative and a social liberal.” California conservatives know how badly that turned out.

I never expected to hear Jenner try it:


The ex-reality star has previously described herself as someone who is economically conservative but socially progressive.

I would surmise that her chances are far less than fifty-fifty... I gather that she is having a difficult time appealing to any demographics. According to this recent poll (https://www.mercurynews.com/2021/05/11/newsom-recall-opposition-grows-to-gop-effort-poll-finds-as-governors-approval-ratings-climb/), she's currently polling at about 6%.
