It was 2002

And before that it was 1999

Lsu has certainly owned the series since 2000.

Alabama owned it in the 90s, winning 8 of the 10 games in that decade.

And before 2000, we pretty much own the series. 41-15-5

I keep telling people from LSU and Auburn, enjoy the smack talking while you can, we're coming for ya. We shut Tennessee's smack up last year. You've all enjoyed a little success while the Tide has been on the ropes, but the big crimson elephants are back up on their feet now, and elephants don't forget.

When you think of 'prestige', you think Notre Dame, when you think 'tradition', you think Michigan, but when you think of Winners, you think- ALABAMA!

I did.... I think its a good idea for LSU fans to occupy their time making websites counting the seconds since they last lost to the Tide.

.....It beats nervous whistling

I did check the link. And yes, for 5 years LSU has won.

I have also noticed that people like to talk about beating Alabama. When I post anything prior to our recent losses, I am accused of talking about ancient history.

What defines ancient history is determined by when the other person's team started beating Bama.

For some its anything over 5 years, for others its more.
