I quit reading anything from the Daily Caller a long time ago.

The life that Jesus lived had far more in common with socialism than capitalism.

Most Christians in America do not follow everything in the Bible. Instead they cherry-pick the parts they like, and forget the rest.

Christians are supposed to have a universal love of mankind. Friends, neighbors, even enemies. I don't see a lot of universal love being poured out by Trump supporters.

What I see is a lot of hatred being expressed by Trump supporters.

Hatred for Hillary.
Hatred for Obama.
Hatred for Democrats.
Hatred for liberals.
Hatred for blacks.
Hatred for Muslims.
Hatred for immigrants.
Hatred for Hispanics.
Hatred for the media.
Hatred for Mueller.
Hatred for Comey.
Hatred for progressives.
Hatred for Puerto Ricans.
Hatred for diversity.
Hatred for socialism.
Hatred for government.
Hatred for science.
Hatred for freedom of CHOICE.
Hatred for An Inconvenient Truth.
Hatred for anyone critical of President Trump.
Hatred for anyone not Christian. (with a mixed love-hate for Jews)

I'm sure there is more...

And I am also certain there are a lot of FAKE Christian pretenders who sin on purpose all week long, out of greed and hatred, and then go to church on Sunday (as if that cancels out all their nefarious wrong-doings) allowing the sermon to go in one ear and out the other, and then the moment they are out of church they are back to their hateful ways.

If people wanted to act in a Christian way right here in this Forum, we would never need an Ignore List.

Insulting/disrespecting/trolling others online is NOT CHRISTIAN.

Anyone claiming to be a Christian who does this is a FAKE. They are FOOLING THEMSELVES if they think that is the Christian way to act.

Well, since the Bible is TOO OLD AND OUTDATED to address online behavior, it doesn't cover that.

So I guess FAKE CHRISTIANS think that makes trolling OK.

Weird he doesn't understand that free will doesn't go for capitalism, or socialism. You have to pay no matter what. It's just about what deeds are done with the money. Feeding, and clothing the poor is Christ in a nutshell. Not so much corporate structure, and interests so people can make it big, and then corner markets keeping others from following suit. The only value of money to God, is the constituents it's made of. It may have been destroyed, but nature reclaims all.

And that's exactly where we're headed, merely a matter of time. Some of us cannot see it because our eurocentric capitalist mass consumption society is based upon false scarcity, hoarding and predation, but we are headed toward what I see as well deserved reclamation by the natural world. This disease, this self destructive way of life and perceptual reality rolled over the tribes of Europe first and then infected the rest of the planet though violence and colonization.

And the entire goal and outcome of this perception of reality has never been about anything at all but wealth extraction, concentration and redistribution into the coffers of an entitled ruling industrial class.

That's some of them. Some seem to act in accordance with God fearing, and not so much about embracing Christ. Old Testament types that are quite abundant in America. They judge, despite Christs ruling that the only judge is the one that can't be judged themselves.

You're confusing God and politics.
God's messages (thousands) were to the hearts of the individual. So, if we ALL adhered to his teachings things would be perfect, right?
But, we live in an imperfect world.
The lesson is not to be outraged or overly concerned with what everybody else is or is not doing.
Each individual is (in the end) only responsible for him/her self and decisions made on giving and helping done quietly and in secret before God. :)

Since socialism uses the government, thanks for admitting Jesus wasn't a socialist. The key word in the verse is "you".

Jesus flipped off the religious leaders because they were misrepresenting the religion. Much like anyone claiming Jesus was a socialist.
