He's betting on there being enough of them to put him back in on racist grounds because people object to racist police murders. It is vital that every decent American votes Biden, whatever his limitations. The alternative for the world doesn't bear thinking about.

I agree. Every election is important but this one matters not just to America but to everyone else as well.
