There has been ALOT of discussion about Hillary's abuse of trust in handling confidential information entrusted to her by the American people.
Hillary's arguments have changed since it was revealed that she was using a "home brewed" server which was out of the control of the United States Government and subject to hacking by roque states and enemy nations. Her first argument was "No confidential information was ever sent from my home brewed server". Once that lie was debunked she changed her story AGAIN.
Her new story repeated by many of her most devoted acolytes is that "I never sent confidential information that was MARKED confidential AT THE TIME". It sounds good right? Of course those who are inclined to believe her lies would swallow it up and say "If the document isn't marked, how would poor Hillary know if it was confidential or not?".
However this is one of her biggest lies and herein lies the proof. I present to you the Classified Information Nondisclosure Agreement signed by Hillary R. Clinton on January 22, 2009. You can see upon inspection that this document comes straight from the US Department of State and it has her signature for all to see.

In the very first section of this document SIGNED by Hillary Clinton it makes very clear that CLASSIFIED INFORMATION IS MARKED OR UNMARKED CLASSIFIED INFORMATION
She signed this document meaning she is attesting to the fact that she READ AND UNDERSTOOD its provisions. This document makes perfectly clear that she is LYING and those who defend her are being willfully naive or lying as well. The fact that TOP SECRET emails existed on her home brewed server whether marked as such is a violation of federal law. PERIOD.
The other meme from democrat party members is that this is just a controversy stirred up by Republicans. So in addition, I have provided a link to Ron Fournier (no right wing conspiracy theorist) who is pounding on Hillary for her lies.
