The highest level of poverty in my State is in the only black congressional district where greater than 20% of the residents use food stamps and it's 60% black. The other red districts don't come close and, not surprisingly, are majority white.

As for the education, it's quite obvious you wen to public schools where you were subjected to teachers teaching to the weakest link. See what blacks did for you?

The unemployment rate in my State is less than the national average. Blue states like California, NY, Connecticut, etc. are higher than the national average.

The problems are with certain groups as I indentified. The system is fine for those able to work within it. For the failures, they’d fail whatever system was in place.

Sure there is. Those with the ability to succeed within it do so. Those that fail do so because they’re failure. It’s not the system. They’d fail under socialism.
