Amazon!

MAGA MAN

Let's go Brandon!
As some might know I'm an avid fix-it guy including modifying cars and for my entire life I've had to shop for stuff that isn't typically sold in major retail stores. For example the seal on a shower door is starting to rip, you just can't go to Lowes and pick up a new one. They want to sell you the entire shower door system.

I've had to shop catalog for car parts since before the internet so when retail went online it was a godsend. What was up to a 6 week process is now less than a week. The only penalty was the damn shipping rates.

Then came Amazon Prime with free shipping on most items. The manufacture saves on packaging that you intend to throw out and so you save on shipping.

Now many of the major online stores that I deal with sell stuff through Amazon. One retailer has free shipping when you order over $100 but there are numerous times when I just need a special part, say a fuel filter for a specialty cartridge. Many times I can search through Amazon with the part number and bingo- it's on order and delivered in two days.

amazon is def a great company, I buy a lot from them as well..

Even w out prime free shipping is usually easy to get....

I am a Prime member as well. When one owns an old plymouth, prime, summit racing, and jegs are very handy.

I always love getting a delivery from Summit. But in order to get free shipping you have to buy at least $100. In those cases I'll use Amazon.
