President Clinton will be more conservative than President Obama has been. That's clear, she has always been more conservative than him. That is why I supported him over her in the last primary. That is why I would prefer a different nominee, she is very middle of the road.

i don't know about that. I just think she is an opportunist and will do what she can

Interesting that her experience/ qualifications are her second highest positive attribute (9%) and her highest negative attribute (6%).

it could have happened in '08 if Barack Obama had had a vagina and not a penis.

the point is: women in America have NEVER had the opportunity to vote for a woman for president. They've had 24 trips to the voting booth and, if Hillary is nominated by the democrats, this will be the FIRST time they could actually vote for one of their own as the candidate of a major political party.

did Democratic women not have that same chance in 2008 primaries? That would have in turn led to everyone having that chance?

Hillary is qualified, far more so than Obama ever was (or is). Not sure how people can say she isn't.

Well it's a long time till November and a lot can happen between now and then and it's more than possible some GOP knuckle dragger can say something stupid to alienate half the population again but even if they do win so what? For one thing Obama will be a lame duck regardless if the Senate is retaken by the GOP. For a second thing the next election has a disproportionate number of at risk democrats up for re-election to the Senate, in 2016 the opposite will be the case and there's a high probability that Dems will take the Senate back again...so I doubt I'll be losing any sleep if it were to occur.

I'm highly skeptical of this one.

I have mixed feelings about Hilliary being nominated. Her centrist politics appeal to me and she has all the requesite experience. However, do we really need the political inbreeding?

On the other hand if she's nominated the comedy from the reaction of the GOP knuckle dragger faction would be priceless.
