You do know that typically in elections, undecideds break for the challenger and I think it is a fair statement to say that Hillary is the quasi incumbent.

IMO, any of the other GOP candidates would be leading in Florida, NC and Nevada. Colorado and Virginia would not have been hard to win and NM would have been in play. Utah and Arizona would not be nearly as close.
