ehh the media was very open in saying that they had open invites to everyone. They CHOSE not to accept. I remember megan kelly saying Cruz purchased ads in the middle of her show but never spoke to her on it when that was for free.

The media has no particular reason to lie about this matter. Interviews are the cheapest way you will fill up airtime with the highest return of ratings.

I would be willing to bet anything that Clinton can get as much if not more free air time as Trump. She just CHOOSES not to.
