I suggest you read part 1 and 2 of the NYTimes piece I linked for you. It's not some RW rag (although anti-war.com has much the same take.

Obama is Commander-in Chief. Hillary was his chief advisor on Libya -
in that she was the most active voice on passing the UN resolution/interventionism and calling for regime change.

They both are up to their eyeballs in Libyan blood.
