States should have the right to set their voting procedures. When early voting was restricted by a week during our midterms
I noticed no difference in voting patterns

I have to wonder how much of a burden it is to drop a week of early voting, but I did see long lines in Az.
That looks to be the metric.
IOW it has to be shown long lines and delays would result to over-turn state purviews.

Judges also have a right to rule States voting procedures unconstitutional, it is our glorious system of checks and balances.

    Bullshit.

"early voting in which Ohioans could also register to vote — a period known as golden week"

If there is anything the left hates is allowing enough time to verify that voter registrations are indeed valid....
Register and then one or two days later, vote, so the fraud continues.....
    Put blame where it belongs
ATF decided it could not regulate bump stocks during the Obama administration.
It that time," the NRA wrote in a statement. "The NRA believes that devices designed to allow semiautomatic rifles to function like fully-automatic rifles should be subject to additional regulations."
The ATF and Obama admin. ignored the NRA recommendations.

Not everything, but it sure seems like justification for meaningless rulings like this.
