When car manufacturers sell a product that kills people, they are sued and they recall their product so it can be made less lethal.

That doesn't apply, you stupid piece of shit.

    Defects are "suable".

    The gun(s) fired.

    No defect.

Using a gun to kill is not a 'misuse' of the lethal weapon. That's what it was manufactured to do and that was its manufacturer's intent and it is inherent in its design.

Police forces- as far as I'm aware- can be licenced to kill people under certain, clearly defined, circumstances. Within those legal parameters, no

    I don't follow.

That's correct. A ' misuse ' of a gun designed specifically to kill people would be to put it out of action.

I thought guns were supposed to deter crime. If they kill they fail to live up to expectations, Princess conduit.

Are they sued when someone intentionally kills someone and the car is without defect?

    I don't follow.
You said the law doesn't hold them liable. Can manufacturers be liable for anything?

Vehicles are made so people can use them to transport people and goods from place to place.

Some use vehicles to commit crimes and/or use them as a weapon.

Does the vehicle manufacturer get sued when a criminal missuses a vehicle to commit a crime, you stupid piece of monkey shit?
