What Scalia said makes perfect sense. Libtards don't care about blacks. They just worry about their own feels. What does it matter to a libtard if a black kid gets into Harvard and fails out first semester when he would have done wonderfully at a community college. Nothing racist about that. My only point about Affirmative Action is that George W. Bush was not admitted to the University of Texas, but was accepted to Harvard (His father was the head of the CIA at the time). By all accounts GWB did not do well at Harvard but was able to get a degree and graduate.

This served him well because he later was able to use his name to become President despite his limited intelligence.

1) I don't generally think that grades are a good indicator of intelligence.
2) I have never seen any indication that your claim about Kerry's grades v. Bush's grades is true.
3) Listening to the two men talk, and the ideas they express and the way they discuss them, I believe Kerry is much more intelligent than GWB. When talking off the cuff, Kerry is able to demonstrate a complexity and depth of knowledge on issues that I have never seen GWB illustrate a mastery of.
