I didn't get number four. But there's another answer to number two, possibly.

    5 + 5 + 5 ≠ 550

    Well done, that's brilliant.

On Number four you use the form itself and one side of the box for the answer as one piece of the rectangle, that way you have to only use three lines to create the rectangle... The do not equal sign is for number 2. The other two it looks like you got right. I'm sure they'd accept something that seemed logical like MTWTWTM as well...
Excellence is an art won by training and habituation. We do not act rightly because we have virtue or excellence, but rather we have those because we have acted rightly. We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit.

Do not believe on the faith of the sages of the past. Do not believe what you yourself have imagined, persuading yourself that a God inspires you. Believe nothing on the sole authority of your masters and priests. After examination, believe what you yourself have tested and found to be reasonable, and conform your conduct thereto.

To whom are you talking? Anyway do you think that arguing with the mental hospital staff about the answers will get you out?

It would depend on how you argued. Getting angry wouldn't, but showing that your answer was logical using reason likely would. I seriously doubt this is actually a release "test" for a mental hospital though. Some extremely intelligent people could easily "pass" this, but that wouldn't change that they may be homicidal or suicidal.
