Chinese want to build world's tallest buiding in 90 days
It doesn't seem possible but they do have a track record of building a hotel in two weeks.

That 90 days does not include planning, sourcing, raising capital, employment, etc etc. 90 days is simply putting large pieces of prefab concrete together. Fitting out will take months. However they will move a few families into a few flats to prove to the world that they have completed on time.
When people make announcements like this one must check the semantics. Build does not necessarily mean to make ready for occupation It will be several months before the local building bureau get off their arses for long enough to licence the building for occupation. Of course a million bucks would help enormously.

Respect a believers right to believe, but they should damn well repect our right to challenge such utterly illogical notions.
