    When you think of US banks and the disgusting dirty deals that they've done over the years, this is just mind boggling. They ought to clean out the Augean Stables first. I suggest that you ask questions about Halliburton's dealing with Iran.

    Standard and Poors have come out and said that they stand by their A+ rating for Standard Chartered bank.
