The AFT follows the Brady law gun rule, but only seven states require dealers to do background checks at guns shows, they only need proof the buyer is 21 and they must keep a list of what they sell, but no background checks are one at gun shows except or in those seven states that require it. The do keep track of the guns they sell, they just not have to do background checks, they only have to see proof of age.
