Wrong. He is a RINO at best, as he showed his true colors in this historical decision.

No, his ruling was the wrong one for his party, and for the country, now nobody can trust him. THAT is the end of it.

Wrong, again. This was the furthest thing from Occam's razor. The simplest explanation was "Obamacare is a jumbled mess, therefore, it is unconstitutional. Scrap it and start over".
I should stop with the melodramatics? YOu claim that the chief justice on the SCOTUS was pressured to make a ruling based on politics rather than constitutionality, and I am the one being melodramatic?

It seems to me that Roberts ruled based on the constitution rather than on his political beliefs. And that is exactly what we want him to do.

Why did he change his mind within one month's time, WB? Pretty sudden, isn't it?

How in the hell is Obamacare constitutional?

How do you know he changed his mind? Prove it.

RomneyCare is constitutional, because SCOTUS ruled it so. If it were unconstitutional, they would have ruled against it.

In the future, can you please put your conspiracy bullshit in the forum so named?

Sure thing, tough guy. We'll start here: http://www.forbes.com/sites/aroy/201...urt-flip-flop/

Do you have any sources that state to the contrary?

But you are providing nothing to back up your observation.

Yes... he showed Red White and Blue trump his political views. As WB stated, his job was not to make sure the law was conservative, his job was to make sure it was constitutional. Is the very simple fact that he stood up and finally stopped the abuse of the Commerce clause escaping you?

No, his ruling was the wrong one for his party, and for the country, now nobody can trust him. THAT is the end of it.
He is NEVER supposed to rule based on what is best or right for his party. EVER. Period.

This simple fact seems to be escaping so many rightwingers.

Cognitive Dissonance is a powerful mindfuck. It transfixes it's host with the terror of inconvenient truth .. the brain becomes motionless .. and all avenues to critical thought are blocked.

Even science no longer makes sense.

Just wondering BaC, is your avatar a pic of you? Because if so, you would know that you are working for the nations largest corporation, and the largest one in the world, as liberals define the Military Industrial Complex.

So typical of the Socialist wanna be's we have here in this country...Bite the hand that feeds you.

I don't think that is BAC. It might be his daughter. BAC is older. He is also not a "socialist wannabe". He doesn't just talk the talk, he walks the walk.

    Dully noted.

Well now, that would be an interesting study...A socialist here in America. So for instance, Who does he work for? government, or private employer? Does he own a house? Is he a card holding member of the SPUSA?

ah well, it matters not in the end. Though we do have a problem with creeping socialism in this country, I am still hopeful that there are enough people that still yearn to be free, and not under any governmental yoke.
