Again, cuts in anything have nothing to do with whether anybody's health care records should be public.
Why would anybody's adult relative's mental disorders have anything to do with them?
It takes extra special hack powers, as I've noted previously, to pretend that it is "fair game" to go after adult family members here, but not say with Obama's half siblings, Aunts, etc.
Excellence is an art won by training and habituation. We do not act rightly because we have virtue or excellence, but rather we have those because we have acted rightly. We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit.

Believe nothing on the faith of traditions, even though they have been held in honor for many generations and in diverse places. Do not believe a thing because many people speak of it. Do not believe on the faith of the sages of the past. Do not believe what you yourself have imagined, persuading yourself that a God inspires you. Believe nothing on the sole authority of your masters and priests. After examination, believe what you yourself have tested and found to be reasonable, and conform your conduct thereto.

Start with taxing corporations in all states and cities as they were in the 1970's. Break up the monopolies and open the market to competitive capitalism by busting the monopolies we now have. Start with the media. When Bush took office in 1980, there were 50 owners of our media. By 2001, that number was 5. It's now at 6.
Regulate corporations and businesses and especially the health care industry which is EATING our budget up.

So in a recession, with companies doing layoffs and some closing their doors, you want to put a larger burden on the businesses.
How does that help, if it results in even more layoffs and/or businesses closing?
Or if they relocate to a State that hasn't instituted such measures?

It has a bearing because as Governor she cut the medical budget that affects people just like her son although she doesn't have to financially worry about his medical costs. As a mother she doesn't give a damn about other mothers who might not be able to afford the proper treatment for their sons. That's how it matters.

Well, you were wrong but that's certainly not unsual. Check out msg #38. Here's a partial excerpt. "The cuts, which included a wide swath of treatments and services for the mentally ill, impacted about 12,000 adults and 2,000 children not covered by the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System, the state's Medicaid program….."
