We all know tenet was complicit in selling the war. That's old news.
The prominence of this revelation, is that when BushCo. tried to use the excuse that Tenet "made" them invade iraq, by assuring them that there was 100% proof of WMD and/or imminent threats, they were lying. They were trying to pin Bush's failed war on a scapegoat.

to be fair, he was the head of CIA, he could have spoken up.
Not that I think Bush&Co weren't to blame. And yes. I do agree with you assessment that Bush lied.
