The war in Afghanistan has been a tragedy, with thousands of lives and billions of dollars lost. In the end, Afghanistan will be a fundamentalist Islamic country. Women will have no rights, drugs will account for 40% of the economy, and the "cultural" rape of young children will continue. Afghanistan is a sick, primitive, fucked up country and always will be.
